Watch Veronica Mars: The story of a girl’s rise from oblivion
Veronica Mars is one of the few TV shows which explores the class anxiety and friction as a depicted in today’s American society. People are tempted to watch Veronica Mars online as the show relates to them. The setting is in the fictional town of California called Neptune. The town depicts the future vision of America as divided into two strata: the haves and have-nots. In fact, the town doesn’t have a middle class.
Fans across the world love to watch episodes of Veronica Mars as it is quite similar to shows like Twin Peaks and Beverly Hills 90210. The parents of teenagers are depicted as either being millionaires or working for millionaires. The show follows the adventures of Veronica as she tries to create a balance between her career and high school. She works at her father’s firm as a private investigator. She is a working class investigator who deals with the cases of millionaires. Thus the fans who watch Veronica Mars are not restricted to any class. Both rich and poor can associate the show with their lives.
The loyalties of Veronica are mixed and she can’t decide which class to choose. When she was a member of a rich kid clique, her boyfriend Duncan Kane was the son of a multi-millionaire software mogul and Duncan’s sister was Lily was her best friend. But suddenly one day, Lily was found murdered in the family pool and Veronica’s world turned upside down. Those who watch Veronica Mars online must be aware that her father was the county sheriff and he traced Lily’s father as the murderer.
But the entire town supported the entrepreneur and Veronica’s dad Keith is kicked out of his office. Finding Keith unemployed and helpless, his wife leaves him and he opens a private investigation agency to support him and his daughter. Both struggle hard to keep their lives above poverty and shame.
However, if you watch season two of Veronica Mars, you will find that Keith’s reputation is revived through his efforts and Veronica starts dating Duncan again. But everything becomes chaotic again when the school bus carrying kids to a school field trip meets with an accident and six high school kids are killed. But all the rich kids are spared as they were not travelling by the bus.
If you watch Veronica Mars, you will find that as Veronica has experienced both lives, she wants to be a better person. She has acquired the rich status again but she does not want to be a spoilt brat who spends his wealth without thinking. She has built a strong reputation for herself in her personal as well as professional life and would go to any length to retain it. With such profound message depicted by the series, it can truly be called a smart teen series and is sure to be adored by those who watch Veronica Mars online.
