The Pros And Cons Of Roto Spas – Woodwork Explored
Let’s face it. No one is going to tell you the down side of buying and owning one of their products. At the same time, a companies competitors are always more then glad to tell you all that is wrong what they have to offer and Roto Spas are no different in all these respects when it comes to information available online.
So lets try doing things a new way and take a look at both the pros and cons of choosing one of their spas over their competitors. After all, with their new rotational molding process that casts a spa literally in one piece, they do offer the best prices but can there be a downside to this process?
In fact there is. While competing spas my be heavier and in more expensive, they do offer the option of decorative woodwork on their exteriors. You see, it’s the dirty little secret of rotational molding that while it does deliver a more durable and much more affordable spa, none the less it can’t accommodate traditional woodwork.
Now for the down side of woodwork. Roto Spas are designed and made in Canada so one would think that Canadians would insist on woodwork on the exterior of their spas but the exact opposite is the truth. You see, while Canada may be a big exporter of wood and wood products Canadians know all too well the frailties of this abundant natural resource.
In short, wood looks great in the showroom but unless one lives in a desert, it’s a lot of work to keep and maintain. Sadly, in most cases, in due time, nature wins over and leaves what was once glowing and pristine woodwork, warped and gray. This is why the makers of Roto Spas insist that all factors considered, theirs is a superior product. However; in the end, that’s for each individual to decide for themselves.
